No one person changes a tenant’s rules or what its enforcers accept. A change is proposed, and takes effect only when a Platform Manager of the tenant who did not propose it approves it with their own passcode. A change proposed by the platform owner waits for the tenant’s approval the same way. Undecided proposals expire after seven days.
